Short version: your phone number, what you said about the job, and a recording of the call. It goes to one local contractor. It is not sold.

Plain-language summary. This site exists to connect popcorn ceiling removal jobs in Meridian, Idaho to an independent local contractor. When you text (208) 741-7303: your phone number, the time of the message, and the words and any photos you send. Texts are stored as written; they are not recorded or transcribed.
Forms: this site does not currently publish a contact form, so no form data is collected.
When you visit a page: the hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time). A first-party cookieless analytics script (no advertising cookie, no login, no visitor profile sold to anyone) records page views, how far a page is scrolled, and whether a visitor taps Call or Text, so we can see which pages lead people to the number. Those events are sent to an analytics host we operate (analytics.marketunlock.com). There is no account to create.
Call recording
Calls to (208) 741-7303 may be recorded for quality and record keeping. A notice is played before recording begins, and a caller who prefers not to be recorded can hang up before the connection is made. Recording is on by default and is never silent. Who this information goes to
The independent local provider your call or text is connected to; the telephony provider that carries the call or message; the transcription provider that turns a recording into text; the email provider that carries notifications; and the hosting provider that serves the pages. These are named by category rather than by company so this page stays accurate when a vendor changes. The name of the current provider for any category is available on request. Information may also be disclosed if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid subpoena.
How this site makes money
The provider connected to this site pays ActionNeuro LLC a flat monthly fee for access to the calls and texts from this site. ActionNeuro LLC is not paid per call, per job, or as a share of what a caller spends, and the fee does not change what a caller is quoted.
How long it is kept
Recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept for ninety days after the provider relationship for this site ends, or one hundred and eighty days from the call where there is no active provider, whichever comes first. When a recording is deleted the transcript and summary are redacted at the same moment. Text messages follow the same schedule. Call metadata, meaning the time, the duration and the outcome, is kept as a business record. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short rolling period and are not combined with call records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask ActionNeuro LLC to tell you what it holds about a call or text from your number, to correct it, or to delete a recording. Send the request through the contact page or to hello@popcornmeridian.com from the number the request concerns, or with enough detail to identify the call. Requests are honored within thirty days unless a legal hold applies to that call. Deleting a recording does not undo a connection that already happened: the provider may already have your number from the call itself.
Idaho residents and residents of states with consumer privacy laws have the rights described above regardless of where they live. This site does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals do not change what the site does, because it already does not track.
No marketing texts or calls
A number that calls or texts this site is never added to a marketing list, never sent a promotional text message, and never called back for sales purposes by ActionNeuro LLC. If you text the number, the provider may reply to that same conversation to arrange the estimate you asked about; that is a reply to your request, not marketing. Reply STOP at any time to end the conversation. Caller numbers are not shared with anyone other than the provider the call was connected to and the vendors named above.
Security
Recordings are stored in a private location reachable only through short lived, signed links that are tied to one call and one authorized viewer, and every access is logged. Pages are served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and ActionNeuro LLC cannot promise that a determined attacker will never succeed, but the design keeps the amount of data held small and the time it is held short.
Children
This site is for adults arranging popcorn ceiling removal work. It is not directed at children under 18, and ActionNeuro LLC does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If a child has used the number, write to the address below and the record will be removed.
Links to other sites
Pages may link to outside sites such as a state licensing board or a manufacturer. Those sites have their own privacy practices and ActionNeuro LLC is not responsible for them.
